Commission Junction's Web Services enable you to programmatically access data and features within the
Commission Junction platform to build powerful, new applications or enhance existing ones.
Getting started with Commission Junction's Web Services is easy! The Getting Started Guides
(Advertiser | Publisher)
will provide you with an overview, requirements and some resources to begin developing applications with
Commission Junction's APIs. You can be off and running in three simple steps:
- Register for a developer key.
- Review the API Reference and Help documentation.
- Receive a developer key and begin development.
Register for a Developer Key
The first step is to register
for a developer key. (Note: Registration requires an existing account in the Commission Junction network.) Your
developer key enables you to authenticate your account and ensure the security of any sensitive information.
Review the API Reference and Help Documentation
After registering, you should familiarize yourself with the APIs available by reviewing the
API Reference and Help documentation.
Commission Junction offers different sets of APIs - one for publishers and one for advertisers. Be sure
to review the appropriate set of APIs for your particular business.
Receive Developer Key and Begin Development
Once you receive your developer key, you can begin developing your applications with our APIs. You may find it helpful
to visit our forum to
interact with other developers before attempting to create your applications.
